Hanshin Pocha

During the 1980s to 1990s, a popular sight on the streets of Korea was the traditional food cart known as 'pocha' (포장마차). In those days, people enjoyed visiting these food carts, which exuded a nostalgic atmosphere. The vision was to modernize the pocha with clean interiors and hygienic food offerings while retaining its romantic ambiance. In 1998, this vision became a reality as the first large-scale indoor pocha was introduced in South Korea, aiming to enhance the advantages and address the shortcomings of traditional food carts. 

After over 20 years have passed since its inception, Hanshin Pocha, born in such a way, continues to thrive. It is cherished for its distinctive menu items, including the signature dish, Hanshin Dakbal, and still illuminates the alley with its bright signboard. 

We will continuously strive to make Hanshin Pocha a vibrant destination for young people who eagerly come to enjoy a glass of soju with Hanshin Dakbal. Additionally, we aim to create a place where hard-working professionals can unwind and find respite from the challenges of their day-to-day lives through our offerings and services.
